The service at Hilton Mall of Istanbul exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring I had a smooth check-in process. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. The room service was prompt and delivered delicious meals directly to my room. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to arrange a special dinner for my wife and me downtown. Special thanks to Sigit, Mehmet, and all the friendly and professional front desk and bell staff for their exceptional service.

Great gym and breakfast options, with direct access to a shopping center. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly the receptionist from Egypt. Offered PCR testing that gave quick results. a memorable experience that I would recommend.

I had an exceptional stay with great staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall which I found very convenient. The breakfast selection was impressive and the staff were attentive to my needs. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and I appreciated the convenience of available parking. The staff in this city definitely went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay.

The luxurious amenities offered at this hotel were outstanding. the Spa & wellness centre was perfect for unwinding after a long day, with a wide range of treatments available. the indoor swimming pool and sauna provided a relaxing atmosphere, whilst the Jacuzzi added a touch of extravagance. the massage I received was exceptional, and the Spa lounge was the perfect location to relax with a drink afterwards.

Great location with direct access to a shopping mall and well-equipped gym facilities. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast options were satisfying and offered a good variety of choices.
the beds were surprisingly soft and ended up causing backaches after a couple of nights.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Mall of Istanbul, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. the private corridor connecting the hotel to the mall is a convenient feature.
The hotel staff were not helpful at all & one of the guest relations was very rude.
